Mr Niall Graham

MBChB, FRCS (Orth & Trauma)

I have been a consultant specialising in both primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty since 2001. I undertake over 300 primary arthroplasty cases per annum (UK national average 30, NJR), and in excess of 60 revision cases (UK national average 5,NJR).
I have over ten years experience in the operative and non operative management of both simple and complex hip and knee problems. I undertook extensive subspeciality and fellowship training in both primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty.
I see referrals from the UK and abroad related to all aspects of hip and knee arthroplasty.
I have published and presented widely on my area of specialisation, both in the UK and Europe.
I am involved in studies to improve patient care and outcomes across all aspects of hip and knee arthroplasty including implant development, rapid recovery post surgery, early discharge and wound management. I have also been the leading investigator in studies designed to find non operative solutions to hip and knee arthritis.
